Thought you would all get a kick out of this one - last night when Tommy and I were walking towards the church for Religious Ed, I commented that I didn't know why I was making him do this (go to RE and get Confirmed) - it's not as though I make him attend church or anything.....
I continued on, though, teasing him, "But some day you might marry a Catholic girl who wants to get married in the Church, and if you do that, then you'd just have to go through Confirmation at that point. This way you've got it covered."
He turned to me, looked me right in the eye, and, with a huge grin, asked, "Why get married in a church when you can get married on a beach?"
I questioned him further, and yes, girls, he fully intends to get married on beach someday. Preferably, a beach on St. Lucia. See what you did, Miss Aimee?????
