Guess Blogger had a petite problemo recently and some posts were removed - must have included the one where I congratulated Tom on getting into the Wind Symphony at GHS for next fall!!!!!!! Such a good job, Sonny Boy! Those clarinet lessons have definitely paid off. I know that Tom will have lots and lots of fun in the fall also participating in Marching Band! Go Vikings! hahaha
The Blogger difficulties also wiped out all of the hard work I'd done on the calendar recently - hope I've remembered everything that was there, but I wouldn't count on it! hahaha

BEST NEWS!!!!!
OMG, Blingdaddy just had a visit with Dr. Brems, (a brilliant man!) who said that the spots on the liver are HEALING spots, and that there is NOTHING to treat on Blingdaddy's liver right now!!!!!!!! AND NO CHEMO (which is what Dr. Ragam had left a message saying Blingdaddy must re-start immediately!!!!!!)!!!!!!!!!! Do I have enough exclamation marks yet????????
Don't you just feel like the darkest cloud has lifted?
Julie, Scott, and Hunter are above western NY and due to land at O'Hare in less than an hour! What a great day!!!!!!!!

Congrats to Tom!
Yesterday Tom found out that he will be in the 'high' band next year - Wind Symphony!!!! Congrats on improving your clarinet skills so much this year that you jumped from the 'lowest' band to the 'highest'. :) We knew you could do it! Now, if only the Merit audition goes well......
Less than 24 hours and Julie, Scott, and Hunter arrive!!!! Hoping that the weather is nice this weekend so they don't regret coming! lol Also, it would be nice if the weather would cooperate for Scott's baseball game on Saturday.
I am hoping to be able to attend Kelly's middle school concert this evening. Miss Aimee has agreed to pick up Blingdaddy at the train station, so that means that I can probably make it there by 7:00.....hope Kelly doesn't read this today and ruin the surprise, but I'm pretty sure that she's entirely too busy to check in here very often. :)
Josie is napping on my chest right now - will be leaving in a bit to pick up Alene from school, and then, hopefully, Payton as well, so that Aimee doesn't have to make the frantic dash from our house, to Payton's school, and then back to the train station!

Mother's Day
Thank you to my wonderful children for making this a lovely Mother's Day! (Yes, even though I was playing Angry Birds for most of your visit, I did appreciate it!)
