Well, it's September 7th already, and I can almost feel the tinge of Autumn in the air! It's wonderful. :) We have been watering the new plantings like crazy, and were blessed with a lovely rainfall this week, so things are looking quite lovely in the Blingmansion yard!
By now everyone has probably heard the news that Miss Kelly has a boyfriend named Matthew, and he seems to be cut from the same mold as Miss Aimee's Matthew......and YES, that is a GOOD thing. LOL
Today Miss Kate is paying us a visit (she's got nothing else to do!) and also Paytie is with us because of a work function for Aims. We of course went out for lunch, and then stopped in at the running shoe store in St. Charles (yes, I know what it's called, but don't want to say it here or we will have more publicity than we want....) to try to find me some walking shoes. Perhaps we are on the right track, but some are coming from another store......

Actually, I did not get any new ones yet - still waiting for them to arrive at the store!
