Technically it's Sunday, but since I haven't gone to sleep yet, I'm still calling it Saturday night! :)
BlingDaddy and I had a fun night in Wheaton with the members of the Stonehedge Dinner Club. Pretty funny, Sally Ransford invited us back to the group, and Gail Davis thought that was a bad idea because we live too far away from everyone.....we shall see what happens. :) Yummy food, and lovely surroundings. The Brights have such a pretty house and their yard is divine. I brought the black bean salad that Kate debuted for Aimee's bridal shower, and everyone loved it. One of the guys thought it was couscous, though, and was unhappy to learn he'd ingested brown rice! LOL
When we returned home, we found Aimee, Matt, and Payton dropping off Tom - they'd been bowling, along with Kelly and Matt. Tom informed me that Payton beat both him AND Kelly in one game! KMatt was the winner overall, I guess. Sounds like a very fun evening. And Kelly said that she didn't totally hate the driving range earlier today, either! hahaha In fact, she mentioned that she might take Tommy there occasionally so that she could try again. OMG, do we have another budding golfer in the family? Will wonders never cease?
