Mixed News

So, Blingdaddy's visit to the oncologist is a kind of mixed bag.......not the best, but not the worst (let's face it, we've already HAD the worst news, haven't we?)..........the PET/CAT scan showed that there is a very small 'questionable' spot on the liver which is going to now be investigated with an MRI, and his blood count is down a bit. If the liver spot needs treatment, it will be blasted in an outpatient procedure......of course, this is the treatment that BC/BS THOSE BASTARDS are refusing to pay for, so this shall be quite interesting!

But all in all, I think that it's somewhat decent news. :) He is going to have another colonoscopy in the next few weeks to make sure that there is nothing more going on in the colon, but nothing showed up on the scan, so I think that is positive.

We are all excited about the Boston visit - I am thinking that Kate and Brent should be landing shortly, and the rest of us are off tomorrow. :) I know that it will be a wonderful weekend.
