Well, last night we had a heck of a storm! I am soo hoping that this bad weather doesn't give Miss Jules problems getting here tonight!
We had all kinds of trash strewn across the front and back lawns from neighbors who put out their garbage the night before we were due to get storms with 50 to 70 MPH winds! How smart of them! It was quite sweet, though, because while Blingdaddy and I picked up most of the trash from the front yard before departing for the train station, when I returned home, I found that our neighbors to the south, the Denneys, had picked up everything from the back yard! Wow! Neighborly love is NOT dead!
There was a lot of tree damage on our block, and in a few other areas I noticed between the BlingMansion and the train station.......I sheepishly admit to waking everyone up around 12:45AM and dragging them into the basement for a bit, due to the high winds.....of course, Blingdaddy bravely stayed upstairs the whole time.
Hoping to have Julie's veil finished in a little bit.........
